Members of your staff recently advised, quoted, and installed replacement roofing on my home and garage.  My initial contact was with Bev.  She advised me that installation crews routinely work until the end of December and can function in cold weather.  This information guided me to decide on getting the job done this year.  My next contact was with Mick, who answered my 350 questions and assure my home would be protected, even during a downpour of rain during installation.  Contact with Bev and Mick led me to decide immediately to proceed with job with your company (without contacting any other companies).  Also I had mentioned to both Mick and Wade of my summer battle with a lead (water seepage) near the flashing on the house chimney.  After the house was shingled and flashed and the crew proceeded to move to garage work, Wade mentioned he added some urethane caulk to the inside on chimney under the replacement rubber grommet that snugs up to LP gas PVC vent.  Wade's effort and concern are appreciated and you can advise any future customers to give me a call for an endorsement for the quality and timeliness of a roofing job your staff provided.  Timeliness meaning in the entire job of re-roofing/cleanup done in one day.  Both roof look great with the arch type shingles and brown flashing.  SUre beats the aluminum/silver I had and see on many neighborhood homes.  I should have called your 800 number in June!  Thanks also to all the crew on the roof and the man on light duty on the ground, they were all very organized, productive, and assured me that the job went well and I will have no problems with the roofs.   - John C., Pengilly
